So simple.
Today we tried truRoots noodles… GF, whole grain, made from quinoa, amaranth and brown rice.
They’re pretty good as far as GF noodles go! Definitely a keeper! 🙂
Cook and drain your noodles.
In the pot or a bowl…
Add in enough olive oil to coat the noodles, about one tablespoon of red star nutritional yeast per serving, a splash of (gf) tamari and a pinch of pepper. Give it all a toss and enjoy!
Sometimes we add in a mashed yam (the orange one) but not today.
So good.
And, if you haven’t added nutritional yeast to your grocery list… try it!
It has great flavour (awesome on popcorn!) and it contains the B vitamins, including B12. 🙂
