Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

OMGoolish, this is good!!!  🙂

Ingredients…

  • 1.2c of pumpkin
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1/4c of almond or coconut milk
  • 6 dates
  • A little knob of ginger
  • A dash of cinnamon, clove and turmeric
  • 1tsp of maca powder (optional)

Process all of the above in your vitamix or blender until smooth and enjoy!

Berries & Broccoli

What we used for two of us…

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2c of broccoli
  • 1/2c of raspberries
  • 1/2c of strawberries
  • 2tbsp of cooked oatmeal
  • 1tbsp of flax seeds
  • 1tsp of maca powder
  • 1 98g bottle of Bio-K probiotics (optional, but good for you!)
  • 1c of ONE coconut water

Toss all of the above into your vitamix and give it a whiz.

Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Smoothie (of the day)

  • 1 banana
  • 2 peaches
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1c of ONE coconut water
  • 1/2c of homemade almond milk

…and of course a glass straw from Glass Dharma!   🙂

Cantaloupe Smoothie

This just might be my new favorite way to get the morning started!

Cantaloupe is SO good for our beautiful bodies…it often gets overlooked on our regular trips to the grocery store, but we’re gonna change that.  It’s loaded with goodness and we certainly love a nutrition powerhouse!

What we used for two of us…

  • 1/2 a cantaloupe
  • 1 banana
  • 6 rooibos tea ice cubes
  • 1c of ‘So Delicious’ coconut milk

So simple.

Whiz it up in your vitamix or blender until smooth and enjoy.

We enjoy our smoothies even more now that we have the beautiful glass straws from Glass Dharma!

Smoothie

Everything tastes better with coconut water!

Easy enough to make a few changes so this suits your taste buds, but today this is how we did it for two of us…

  • 2c of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 a green apple
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 2 kale leaves
  • a small piece of fresh ginger
  • a small piece of fresh turmeric (it’s so good for you!)
  • 1tbsp of seeds (flax, hemp, chia or pumpkin)

YUM!

Whiz away in your vitamix until it’s smooth and there you have it.

Start your day in a healthy way!

A little bit of pineapple would be wonderful in there too!
