I’m a mom.  A single mom.

I spend a great deal of time making sure that my son consumes many different colours.

I am a Holistic Nutritionist and now offer nutritional, raw, gluten-free and plant based coaching.

We love to create and share raw, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free recipes for you to try.

I hope that we can inspire you to be fearless in the kitchen.

Hi, I am a mom of a 10yr old son who is allergic to dairy (anaphylaxis). Thank you for your recipies! I cannot wait for your Strawberry icecream cake recipie…(it sounds delicious) I am going to take that idea and try to make one for my birthday in 2 weeks! I am always looking for delicious dairy-free ideas for our family. My son will be thrilled to have an “ice cream cake” he can eat! 🙂

Hi Simply Dish! I can’t thank you enough for the great recipes. I’m allergic to dairy and have wanted to be vegan for a while. This blog inspires me so to cook and now I know that I can do it! Thank you again!

      Thank you SO much!
I’m so happy to hear that our recipes have helped you a bit – being vegan doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on anything, which is a message that I love to spread. 🙂
We also shared lots of vegan info on FB, if you’d like to find us there.
Thanks again for commenting – it’s very much appreciated!
      Best,
      Erin
