Banana Tahini Fudge

On the count of three, let’s all shout YUM!

Into your food processor…

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4c of sesame tahini
  • 1/4c of coconut oil
  • 1tbsp of coconut nectar (or agave)
  • 1tbsp of raw banana flakes (optional, but it will intensify the banana flavour and add sweetness)

Whiz the above ingredients away until fully combined and pour the mixture into a small parchment lined dish.

Place it in the freezer for two hours or more… we left ours overnight.

Remove, slice and enjoy.

Please note that the fudge will need to be stored in the freezer to keep it firm and chewy.

Once at room temperature, the tahini and the coconut oil start to melt.

A little piece of this makes for a perfect after dinner treat…or breakfast.ย  And it’s so good for you!
