Chard Snacks

Super simple.

Spread some raw nut or seed butter onto a beautiful chard leaf.

Place half a banana and some apple slices on top of the nut/seed butter.

Wrap and cut in half… or not.

🙂

Great, nutritious mid-morning or afternoon snack!

Crunchy, creamy and oh so healthy.
