Raw Banana Flakes – where have you been all my life??
If you haven’t tried ‘Raw Banana Flakes’ yet, you are in for a treat!
These bars would make for a great breakfast on the go or a quick energy snack mid-afternoon.
What you’ll need…
- 1/4c of coconut oil
- 1/4c of banana flakes
- 1/4c of chia seeds
- 1/4c of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2c of coconut flakes
- 1c of pitted dates
Place all of the above in the food processor and zip for about a minute.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture down tightly.
Toss it in the freezer for a couple of hours before slicing into bar like pieces.
One whole bar can definitely be shared! 🙂
We recommend storing these in the freezer… they’re a little on the sticky side, but oh so good!
