Raspberry Cabbage Smoothie

This is exciting!

Red cabbage in our smoothie!

We drink one smoothie a day… sometimes for breakfast, sometimes for an afternoon snack, and when there’s a cold bug in the house…  sometimes for dinner.  🙂

Red cabbage is packed with vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals – what’s not to love??

What we used for two of us…

  • 1 banana
  • 1c of frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 of a head of red cabbage
  • 1/4c of frozen blackberries
  • 2-3 kale leaves, stem removed
  • 1/2c of orange juice
  • 1c of water
  • 1-2tbsp of flax seeds

Whiz away in your vitamix or blender, divide evenly between two jars and enjoy!  🙂
