Macaroons

These tasty little treats are so simple and SO………………… tasty!  🙂

What you’ll need…

  • 1/4c of ‘So Delicious’ coconut milk
  • 1/4c of coconut sugar
  • 1/4c of ‘Wholesome Sweeteners’ agave
  • a generous pinch of salt
  • 1.5c of unsweetened coconut shredded
  • 5tbsp of gluten free or spelt flour

Mix/whisk the milk, sugar, agave and salt together and then add in the coconut followed by the flour.

Easy, peasy.

Get your hands in there, mix about and squeeze & squish the goodness into one inch balls.

Place them on a cookie sheet and press down with your fingers… why not, they’re messy already.  🙂

Bake for approximately twelve minutes in a moderate (350) oven.

Three cheers for coconut!!??  🙂
