Caesar Salad

Ceasar!

What are YOU having for dinner?  🙂

Great dinner option for ‘Meatless Monday’!

The dressing…

  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 heaping tbsp of vegan mayo (Veganaise works great!)
  • 1 heaping tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1tsp of vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2tsp each sea salt & pepper

Put it all in a mason jar and shake it like crazy.  🙂

Pour over some beautiful, organic romaine lettuce and top with some grated daiya cheese… YUM!!

PS – those are homemade croutons made with GF bread!!  🙂
