Smoothie Pops

smoothie pops

My four year old has been asking for popsicles for weeks.

Here’s a great way to feel good about saying yes to that request!

In a blender we put (endless options here!) …

  • 1c of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1c of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1c of ‘SO Delicious’ coconut milk
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeps
  • 3 or so mint leaves

Blend all of the above until smooth and pour into your popsicle molds.

We made four popsicles and drank the rest…  🙂

For your kids… you get some beautiful, healthy food in them while they think they’re having a treat!
