Breakfast Smoothie

I love smoothies for breakfast!

Today we used (for 2) …

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2c of wild blueberries
  • 1/2c of rhubarb
  • a pinch of pea shoots  (they have a pretty strong flavour so a little goes a long way – so to speak)
  • 1c of unsweetened ‘So Delicious’ coconut milk
  • 1/2c of coconut water
  • 1/2c of ‘Happy Planet’ orange juice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of hemp seeds

Whiz away in the blender for a minute or two and enjoy!
