I told my four year old that we’d be celebrating Valentine’s Day pretty much all week… happy babe!

This is such a fun and simple dessert to make – and I think it’s kinda impressive.  🙂

Take the ‘So Delicious’ ice cream of your choice out of the freezer for about five minutes, just long enough that it softens slightly.

Place the ice cream into a square or rectangle pyrex dish lined with parchment paper and flatten down with the back of a spoon… you want the ice cream to be about an inch or so thick.

Return the ice cream to the freezer for thirty minutes… ish.

Remove from the freezer and lift the goodness out of the pyrex – easy with the parchment paper!

This time we made the heart freehand… but a cookie cutter would be great too!

Decorate your plate with a few berries or a few dark chocolate hearts… be creative!  🙂
