Green Smoothie!

Green smoothie!

Yay!

(This idea came from Dr. Oz’s three day detox…)

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 4 kale leaves (stem removed)
  • 1/2 a green apple
  • 1/2 a green bell pepper
  • 1/4 of a pineapple
  • juice of one lime juice
  • 1c water
  • a pinch of fresh ginger (optional)

Vitamins…minerals…phytonutrients…antioxidants…fiber!

Go vitamix!

    Really?! A green bell pepper! I have never thought of adding that to my green smoothie. I must try it!!
