This little beauty is great to have in your fridge in case you have unexpected company!

You’ll look like a ‘pro-host’ if you serve this to your guests with a little bit of hummous and a lovely little cracker… YUM!  🙂

Cut the tops off, drizzle some good quality olive oil over the bulbs and wrap in foil………. put them in the oven on a lower temperature (250) for an hour or two.  Makes the house smell great!

We roasted garlic every weekend or two … usually about six bulbs just to have on hand for soups and salads.


How many more sleeps??  🙂
