A Gift Of Curry Spice

I have to say…this is one of my very favorite culinary gifts to give.  🙂

For a 125ml mason jar…

  • 1 tbsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of cumin seeds …just for show  🙂
  • 2 tbsp of ground fenugreek
  • 2 tbsp of ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • a pinch of clove
  • a pinch of asefoetida (if you have it)
  • 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • and a dash of paprika

If you want to add a hint of Indian spice to any dish, this would be your mix!

It’s so very yummy if you saute an onion, a few cloves of garlic and a tablespoon or two of freshly grated ginger in some coconut oil and then add a tablespoon or two of the spice mixture……..  add it to steamed cauliflower or potatoes!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Happy, healthy eating y’all!
