Coconut Peaches with Cinnamon Yogurt!

Here’s a super quick, super easy, SUPER healthy dessert that will take you less than five minutes.  And they look so cute!

Cut your peach in half … remove the pit!

Sprinkle some unsweetened, shredded coconut on a plate and place the inside of the peach into the coconut.  Let them sit for just a minute and repeat – covers up all the juicy bits that were missed.  🙂

Arrange them on your plates (or platter!) and put a tablespoon of cinnamon yogurt in the middle (where the pit was).

Cinnamon yogurt you say?

Take 0% plain, organic yogurt and add in a generous amount of cinnamon – we use lots, but it’s totally up to you.  🙂

Roughly chop the nuts of your choice … today we used pistachios … and sprinkle a few over the top!


A simple, healthy dessert that is great for any spring/summer evening!  You could bake the peaches for more of a ‘fallish’ type of dessert.
