And… A Little (GF) Grilled Cheese

I just love this combo…

Use a couple slices of your favorite organic cheese or grated Daiya, a couple of slices of a fresh, juicy tomato and pinch a few fresh basil leaves off the plant sprouting on your sunny window ledge ………  🙂

Place all of these in between two slices of GF bread, lightly butter or earth balance the outside of the bread and place on a griddle or in a frying pan on low heat … it should need about five minutes a side.

The tough part … being patient while waiting for everything to melt together.  🙂

Once it’s done, let it ‘rest’ on the plate for just a minute before cutting it … so worth the wait.
