Another Bundle of Energy!

There are SO many ways you could put these little beauties together… maybe we’ll make it a monthly thing.  Hmmm.  🙂

In a food processor…

  • 1c of apricots
  • 1/2c of almond butter
  • 1/3c of flax seeds
  • 1/4c of hemp seeds
  • 1/4c of chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp of pumpkin seed protein powder (optional)
  • if you do use the protein, add in 1 tbsp of water

Process the above until fully combined, roll into smallish balls and roll in almond crumbs.  Huh, you say?

If you don’t yet have a cuisinart spice and nut grinder, you must put that on your ‘want’ list.  They are fantastic!

Grind 1/4c of almonds and a little bit of cinnamon in your grinder (a blender will work too!) and roll each energy bundle so the outside is coated.

These little gems are a great snack and super healthy for your precious bodies!  Enjoy!
