Beet Greens…YUM!!!

These nutrient packed beauties are not only wonderful for your precious bodies, they can conquer any sweet OR salty craving!  Try it!

In a pan, melt one tablespoon of coconut oil and then add one finely chopped onion and three cloves of crushed garlic

Let these saute for a few minutes and then add the star of the show……..  chopped beet greens.  All of them.

Just like spinach, they will wilt down to what I consider to be not enough!  🙂

Sprinkle a little S&P over them and enjoy….seriously, it’s impossible not to.  🙂
