Oatmeal…With A Twist

When your oatmeal (we use GF oats) is almost done, add in (per serving) …

  • 1/2 a mashed banana
  • 1tbsp of nut/seed butter (let this melt into the oatmeal before serving)
  • 1tbsp unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2tsp of freshly ground cinnamon

A splash of soy milk and a quick drizzle of maple syrup …maybe a few apple slices??

YUM!!!   …and you’ve just started your day on a healthy note!
