White Bean Goodness…

So this one is pretty much like a hummus…

With 5 simple ingredients this is a fantastic, healthy addition to any salad, to a sandwich or a homemade crisp…. white beans are full of fiber, iron and folate…to name a few.  🙂

In a food processor…

  • 1c white beans (cannellini, navy or kidney)
  • 1/4c good olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1tbsp of fresh rosemary
  • pinch of S&P

Process all of the above for about 30 seconds and it’s ready to serve!

This makes for a great, simple appy for dinner company.  🙂

Double the recipe and use it throughout the week!
