Chickpea…….Broccoli……..Flax……..Hummus!

So very simple….  🙂

In a food processor:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (I remove the skins)
  • 1c broccoli, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3c good olive oil
  • 1/4c flax seeds
  • 1/2tsp (each) cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
  • splash of tamari (make it GF with wheat free tamari!)

Process all ingredients together and there you have it!

We use this with crackers, carrot sticks and in our sandwiches (YUM!)
