
green smoothie! yay!
(this idea came from dr. oz’s three day detox…)
- 3 celery stalks
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 4 kale leaves (stem removed)
- 1/2 a green apple
- 1/2 a green bell pepper
- 1/4 of a pineapple
- juice of one lime juice
- 1c water
- a pinch of fresh ginger (optional)
vitamins…minerals…phytonutrients…antioxidants…fiber!

Really?! A green bell pepper! I have never thought of adding that to my green smoothie. I must try it!!
